Maniac Monday – Meal Plans

For those of you that know me, I am structured. I thrive on it. For the most part, I don’t like disorder. I like things to run smoothly. Dinnertime is no different. I write up a meal plan for the week, every week. It helps me stay sane on days I have to work outside the home. When I get home, dinner is typically ready (if made in crockpot) or ready to cook because I have prepped it beforehand.
